The Health Institutions Management Program is a vocational associate degree program that trains qualified workforce needed in the administrative and managerial processes of healthcare institutions.
The aim of the Health Institutions Management Program is to provide the healthcare sector with qualified intermediate staff who possess both business administration knowledge and hospital management expertise. The rapidly growing healthcare sector in our country requires human resources with strong communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, foreign language proficiency, sector-specific knowledge and competencies, as well as professional knowledge in areas such as medical documentation, medical terminology, and automation systems. At the same time, the increasing need for privatization of healthcare institutions or the management of public healthcare organizations with a modern business administration approach has significantly increased the demand for trained personnel in this field. In this context, the Health Institutions Management Program prepares the required workforce through both theoretical and practical educational applications.
